The Laney colorway theme was introduced on the original Air Jordan 14 Low in 1999 as an homage to Jordan s high school basketball team. The color story was also seen on the popular Jordan 5 Laney in 2000, and has appeared on many other models in the years leading up to this 2023 release of the standard mid-top Jordan 14. The shoe is complete with a Varsity Blue synthetic nubuck upper with black panels on the toe and tongue. A Ferrari-inspired Jumpman emblem appears on the collar.
