The Union x Air Jordan 2 Grey Fog is one of two colorways of Michael Jordan s second signature shoe designed by Chris Gibbs and the Los Angeles based fashion boutique. Union s collaboration with Jordan Brand on the Air Jordan 2 honors the vintage basketball shoe s legacy with retro-modern design modifications that progress its timeless look. Released alongside the Rattan colorway, Union s Grey Fog Jordan 2 is complete with a light grey nylon and suede upper. Light blue piping along the upper is reminiscent of the blue accenting found on Carmelo Anthony s former Player Exclusive Air Jordan 2 colorway that received a retail release in 2004 and 2019. A yellow nylon tag with UNION LA branding is found beneath the blue eyelets on the lateral side of the shoe. Additional branding appears in the form of a retro-style Union identification label on the collar and red Jumpman and Union LA branding on the tongue. Cream-colored laces give the shoe a vintage look.
